Customer cancellation
Under the reported business decision, an online booking is not refundable when cancelled by the customer, subject to applicable exceptions and consumer rights. You may ask about booking directly at the venue before choosing how to book.
Venue cancellation & payment errors
Cancellation by the venue, inability to provide the service or a defective service, duplicate charges and incorrect charges are separate from customer cancellation. Each case is reviewed for resolution under applicable rights; the customer cancellation rule does not exclude these cases.
Date changes & missed visits
Contact the team about date changes or a missed visit. This policy does not promise free rescheduling or an approved deadline for changes.
Amounts & processing
Where a refund is due, it relates only to an amount actually paid. Expected or uncollected amounts are not refunds. The resolution method and timing are determined after reviewing the case with the relevant parties and payment provider.
Scope of this policy
This policy concerns online bookings. It does not set store product return terms or terms for bookings made directly at the venue. Previous booking terms remain unchanged, and this policy does not waive statutory consumer rights.
