Visit guidelines

Welcome to Wonka Land! For an enjoyable and organized visit, please follow these guidelines:

  1. A dated booking allows admission at any time on its Amman calendar day. The reserved slot still governs the time and capacity reservation.
  2. An undated flexible ticket stays valid until first use without an expiry date. A family or group booking is used in full once.
  3. Present your booking confirmation and QR code to reception on arrival.
  4. Follow the Wonka Land team’s guidance and the instructions for games and facilities.
  5. Use the games safely, respect other visitors, and keep the venue and equipment clean.
  6. Contact reception if you need assistance or have questions about your booking.

For questions about your booking, contact the Wonka Land team with your booking reference.
