Data we handle

Account details include your name, email and the phone number you provide for contact. For password registration we retain a password hash; session information and verification and reset links help protect your account.

Service data includes ticket, package, membership and event selections, dates, quantities, additions, coupons, notes, and order and collection or delivery details where requested. For children’s parties this may include the child’s name, age and party details provided by a parent, guardian or authorised person.

We also retain payment confirmations, references, statuses and amounts, booking-policy acceptance records, admission and QR usage records, and related collections. We may receive the contact details and messages you send to the team.

Signing in with Google

When you choose Google, basic profile data made available by Google, such as your name, email, email-verification status and account identifier, is used to create or recover your account and authenticate you. A profile image may be available within the authentication service. We do not request access to read Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts.

We use Google data for sign-in, operating your account and fulfilling the services you request, including linking bookings and related communications. We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it for targeted advertising or training AI models. Our use and transfer to other services of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

You can remove the site’s authorisation in your Google Account settings. Removing authorisation or signing out does not automatically delete your Wonka Land account, booking or payment records; you can submit a privacy request using the contact details below.

Why we use data

We use data to manage and verify accounts, price orders, check dates, capacity and coupons, create bookings and orders, process payments, issue admission codes, record attendance and provide support. Contact details support account and booking emails when the email service is enabled and necessary operational communications.

Records also help prevent misuse, verify transactions, resolve errors and disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal requirements. This policy does not make your account information available to other customers.

Staff and service providers

Authorised staff use data for booking, reception, support and collections according to their permissions. Data is also processed through services needed to run the site, including hosting and the database, Google for authentication and analytics, PayTabs for payments, and Resend when email delivery is enabled.

Some processing may take place on servers outside Jordan depending on the provider’s infrastructure. Disclosure is limited to the service purposes described here, applicable legal requirements, protecting rights or resolving disputes. External services also have their own privacy policies.

Payment information

Customers are redirected to the payment provider to complete payment, with necessary order, amount and contact details supplied to it. The site’s account and booking forms do not ask for your full card number or security code; payment details are entered on the payment provider’s page.

We use payment results, references and amounts for service confirmation, settlement, support and financial reviews. Successful payment and booking status are not established solely by a message supplied by the customer.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

The site uses session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for choices such as language, appearance, cart and booking drafts. Login-return drafts are temporary and do not reserve a time or guarantee a price.

Google Analytics is used when enabled to measure page use, interactions and device and browser information. You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser settings; disabling necessary storage may affect sign-in and saved choices. Children’s information

Bookings are managed by a parent, guardian or authorised person, who provides information needed to organise the child’s visit or party. Provide only service-related information and avoid including identity documents, health details or other unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes.

Retention and safeguards

We retain account, service and financial records as needed to operate accounts, fulfil services, provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. Leaving the site or removing browser cookies does not delete records held by the site.

Safeguards include password hashing, session and record-ownership checks, and staff permissions. Requests to delete or reduce data are reviewed alongside records that must be retained for legal or financial reasons or to protect rights.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You can edit available profile details from your account and contact us to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restricted processing or withdrawal of consent where applicable under law. We may request appropriate information to verify account ownership before acting.
