Website and service scope

The site presents available Wonka Land tickets, packages, memberships, parties, events and store products. Some offers require contacting the team to confirm details; the relevant page explains how to request the service.

Read these terms alongside the service description, order summary, cancellation policy, visit guidelines and privacy policy. The booking terms presented for agreement before payment and saved with the booking remain the reference for that booking.

Accounts and accurate information

Completing an online booking requires a customer account and sign-in. Browsing and contact options are available without an account; guest store purchasing remains available according to the displayed ordering flow.

Use accurate contact information you can access and keep sign-in credentials private. Saved account details are used for booking, with missing details requested when needed. If booking for a child or another person, provide information as a parent, guardian or authorised person.

Prices, quantities and coupons

Booking and payment amounts are shown in Jordanian dinars. The site calculates the final price from the service, quantities, additions and coupon conditions, and rechecks price and availability before creation and payment, including after returning from sign-in.

Coupons are subject to validity, limits, eligible services and any minimum amount. A price preview or cart selection does not reserve a slot or guarantee a discount; later catalogue changes do not alter the saved amount of an existing paid booking.

Booking, payment and confirmation

Creating an order or starting payment does not mean payment is complete or the booking is confirmed. Confirmation and admission codes depend on verified payment results, booking status and the ability to provide the service. The booking confirmation and account show its amounts, status and visit details.

Incomplete payment attempts may expire and their slots become available under the applicable payment window. Delayed notifications, conflicts or financial errors may require team review before a valid admission confirmation is issued. Keep your booking and payment references for support.

Birthday party amounts

Online birthday bookings use a 15-child base plus selected additions for the amount payable online, with a party coupon applied to the base under its conditions. Additional children are calculated at the visit using actual attendance and the per-child price saved with the booking; adult escorts are counted separately.

The review screen shows the online amount and expected additions; actual collections are recorded at the visit according to the booking. An uncollected amount is not treated as paid or refunded.

Cancellation, refunds and date changes

Online bookings follow the cancellation and refund policy presented for agreement before payment. Customer cancellation is non-refundable under the approved policy, with applicable exceptions and rights preserved, including venue cancellation, inability to provide the service and payment errors.

Contact the team about date changes or missed visits. These terms do not create a promise of free rescheduling, a refund deadline or extra charges that were not disclosed and applicable to your order.

Admission and visit guidelines

Present the booking confirmation and admission code to reception according to the booking type and status. A dated booking allows entry during its Amman calendar day; an undated flexible ticket remains valid until first use without expiry. A family or group booking is used in full once; membership balances follow the saved plan.

Follow staff guidance and game rules and respect visitors and facilities. Keep account and booking codes for authorised use, and do not use another person’s code or account without permission.

Store orders

Products, quantities, collection or delivery arrangements and amounts follow the displayed order details. Contact the team about orders and product returns, which are reviewed according to the product, circumstances and applicable legal rights. The booking cancellation policy has a separate scope from store product return terms.

Responsible use and rights

Use the site to browse services and place genuine orders. Unauthorised access to other people’s accounts or bookings, manipulation of prices, payments, coupons or admission codes, and disruption of the service are not permitted.

Respect the site, brand and third-party rights. These terms do not waive statutory consumer rights or prevent seeking resolution of a service or payment error under applicable rights and policies.

Updates and support

This page displays its updated date. Updating it does not automatically change the amounts, terms or acceptance records saved for a previous booking. Contact the Wonka Land team with questions or issues and include the booking or order reference where available.
